Whatever your taste, our superb aMuse mixologists have something to wet your whistle in style. Perhaps your spring choice will be something tried-and-true: a French Martini, say, or our Eiffel Tower Cosmo.

But then there’s our lineup of specialty aMuse cocktails, each one named for one of the legendary ladies who—like the Philadelphia heiress Jacqueline LaBelle who serves as our guiding inspiration—perfectly manifest the name and spirit of our restaurant.

Take the Edie Sedgewick, which incorporates fresh strawberries in its delectable mix of Amaretto Disaronno, Grey Goose, simple syrup, and lime juice. Equally zesty is the Brigitte Bardot with its agave and cilantro accents. Champagne and Absolut Citron join forces with simple syrup and lemon juice in the Georgia O’Keefe, our tribute to the great desert painter (and transfixing muse of photographer Alfred Stieglitz). Our Audrey Hepburn, meanwhile, absolutely seduces with a deceptively simple blend of sparkling wine, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, and club soda.

Speaking of seduction, the cocktails we serve in smoke-scented glasses—the Bullet Bourbon- and Sweet Vermouth-anchored Cigar Smoke Manhattan and the Knob Creek Rye, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth magic of our Wisp of Smoke Boulevardier—most certainly qualify.
