Authentic French Brunch in Philadelphia, PA

We challenge you to find a classier or tastier destination for brunch in the City of Brotherly Love than aMuse here at Le Méridien in Logan Square. (And, to be honest, that sounds like a mighty fun challenge to carry out—brunching your way across Philadelphia—though we happen to humbly think you’ll ultimately be unsuccessful.)

Our elegant brasserie/bistro summons both the atmosphere and the gastronomy of France, and every brunch at aMuse with friends or family feels like a special occasion.

Brunch Highlights at aMuse

Our masterpiece of a brunch menu comes stuffed to the gills with the sort of delectable French-inspired goodness that begins your weekend day in style—and encourages a long and lingering culinary experience amid our elegant and cheery ambience.

It’s not easy calling out highlights from such a top-caliber roster of brunch fare, but here we’ll profile a few to whet your appetite and suggest the exquisite level of dining you and your tablemates will enjoy. Our classic French brunch dishes include Croque Madame, which tops a brioche sandwich of Gruyere, smoked ham, and Mornay sauce with a sunny side up egg, with herb-roasted potatoes to go along. Then there’s our Steak Frites & Eggs, a midmorning version of the iconic brasserie dish, and our take on French Toast (Bostock), which pulls out all the stops with brioche drenched in cinnamon syrup and dressed with a frangipane of apricot jam, fig brulee, and toasted almonds.

Perhaps your appetite will be drawn instead to our Bourguignon Hash, enlivened by shredded braised short ribs, or our Moules Au Saffron: mussels from Prince Edward Island swimming in a heavenly bath of white wine, Dijon, and saffron, paired with pommes frites. Or maybe, like so many of our brunch guests, it’ll be aMuse’s Classic Crepes (with whipped ricotta and berry compote) you surrender to, or our fit-for-royalty Votre Omelette, with a smorgasbord of accouterments—red peppers, onions, bacon, smoked ham, Gruyere, goat cheese, and more—to choose from.

We also serve a trio of unique flatbreads for brunch as well as French onion soup and Lobster Bisque, not to mention a perfect array of starters—radishes and smoked mackerel butter, potted trout, pretzels and mustard—to ease your way into the feast.

Besides our fresh-brewed coffee, cappuccino, teas, and juices, you can also, if you’re so inclined, order a brunch-ready cocktail as well…
